What are the turnover tax rates?

Our draft rates are 10% for trade (TR-01), 7% for manufacturing (TR-03), 10% for other activities including most services (TR-06), and 1% for qualifying IT work (TR-07).

Can expenses reduce turnover tax?

Accepted Answer

Possibly. Documented expenses may reduce the tax down to a minimum rate, but sources disagree on the details (TT-04). The calculator ignores expenses, so your real tax may be lower.

How do I choose turnover tax?

A new individual entrepreneur files the election within 20 days of registering (DL-01); an existing taxpayer by February 20 for that year (DL-02). If you miss the deadline, the general system applies for the whole year (DL-03).
